Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Yes, travel costs are included for events within the Durban area, any events outside of Durban CBD, travel costs will apply.

How long do you take to deliver our photos and video?

10-12 weeks. We do know the eagerness of having these pictures so we do always try to send our couples sneak peaks of their wedding day before final delivery.

Do you meet with Clients?

Yes we do. We either have a personal one-on-one meeting or a virtual meeting prior to the event date.

Do you do Drone footage?

Yes we do drone footage however this is subject to the correct weather conditions and is not guaranteed under the following conditions: rain, high wind speeds, hail, snow or any Act of God.

How do we conclude our booking with YCPF?

Once you have decided on a package or have accepted a customised quotation, a 35% deposit is required as well as a signed contract to secure the wedding date. The remaining amount is due 7 days prior to your event date.

Can you cover the bride and groom's pre-wedding events?

Yes we do. We have a big team and a second team for these special requests so we can cover both events with ease.
